S.O.S/State of Security

Richard A. Clarke served as a National Security advisor under four presidents of the United States. He fell in disgrace after writing a book about the faults in the security system during the Bush mandate. He was perhaps the only member of the administration who took responsibility for the lack of preparedness for the 9/11 attack. The documentary – through several stories and evidence, including Clarke’s – looks at the US Security today, highlighting weaknesses and future hopes at the same time. The film was presented at the 60th Berlin Film Festival, Section Berlinale Special.
