During a night of pouring rain, something extraordinary happens in Italy: all the immigrants mysteriously disappear leaving no trace. And an industrialist from the North of Italy, a policeman from Rome and a good-looking primary school teacher go belly up in a world that has lost the good sense. They are on the brink of disaster now, and they are glancing at the abyss in their hearts and at the darkness of their future.
